Reiki is an energy healing technique which promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and allows for deeper healing,  through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to guide energy through your body, improving the flow and unblocking chakras and meridians. 

Dr Mikao Usui developed reiki in the early 1900s, deriving the term from the Japanese words rei, meaning “universal,” and ki, which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things to keep them alive. 

Reiki helps women become more balanced — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, and is the most popular treatment over the last few years, because of its ability in releasing past trauma from abuse, relationship break-ups, childhood issues - some of the key issues that are arising for women as a whole. 

Heather is a Reiki Master with over 17 years of experience giving Reiki and therefore the energy transmitted is of a high vibration, and intuition is always used.

Bespoke Treatment 60

An ancient healing method originating from Egypt around 2500BC, this proven technique of unblocking energy through pressure points on the feet is also deeply relaxing and grounding. Reflexology, uses a targeted, pressure-point foot massage to restore the flow of energy throughout the body. There are close to 7,000 nerve endings on your feet that when stimulated, affect the entire nervous system. 

Reflexology can address anything from headaches to sinus problems to stomach issues. If sensitivity or tenderness is experienced when an area is stimulated, it usually indicates bodily weaknesses or imbalances within the corresponding organ. With repeated pressure and manipulation of nerve endings, reflexology can help to clear any channels of blocked energy by moving the flow of blood, nutrients and nerve impulses. This ultimately improves overall health and balance.

Your journey will begin with a Tarot and Oracle Card guidance to help you connect with your soul path and gain clarity on your life journey.

A deeply therapeutic, relaxing and nurturing full body massage, to release tension in the muscles, calm the nervous system and soothe away any aches and pains. This massage will also help you very gently release blocked emotions and trauma held in the body. 

Holistic means to look at the whole of you and with this massage, whilst we gently release knots and tension in the body, we can also work out why there might be blocked energy in certain areas. The body and mind are inter-linked and often we may be feeling pain in a part of the body and it may be due to a blocked emotion. For example, the back of the lungs area, can be unprocessed grief around the lungs meridian. 

With my knowledge of the body/mind connection, she can advise if there are any deeper issues that are showing themselves to be released and assist you in the process of letting go. 

You will leave feeling lighter and brighter physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. 

Holistic Body Massage

For all my pregnancy massage treatments, I use Songbird Naturals Zest Massage Wax, which is a light, gentle, refreshing and uplifting citrus massage wax containing lime and mandarin essential oils. It has a subtle and zesty scent and is suitable in pregnancy as the essential oil content falls well below the latest regulatory requirements for a ‘leave on’ product. Coconut Oil is also an option if you prefer.

Facial Reflexology is a wonderfully soothing reflexology treatment performed on the face to help release toxins and stress in the body. Maternity Reflexology is aimed specifically at women during pregnancy with specific techniques for helping you feel relaxed as your body changes in pregnancy. Reflexology can help the body and mind find balance and calm, amongst all the emotional, hormonal and physiological changes, and can help or prevent discomfort arising from this imbalance, and restore the body’s equilibrium.

Research has shown that regular reflexology treatments during pregnancy can shorten the duration of labour, with many women requiring less pain-relief. From week 38, you can have ‘Priming Reflexology’ where we use certain techniques to naturally increase the flow of the hormone oxytocin, with a view of stimulating labour and preparing the body from birth. Whilst this doesn’t guarantee that labour will begin (Mother Earth always has her own plan!), it will help prepare the body, mind and emotions so that you feel more positive and less stressed, resulting in reduced cortisol. 

Maternity Reflexology

I am trained in a specialised form of reflexology for fertility and conception called Reproflexology. It is a deeply relaxing and effective treatment, which can help the body and mind feel balanced, which in turn affects the balancing of the endocrine system (the hormones). Reproflexology is a great treatment to have when you are trying to conceive, irrelevant of whether you have any problems. It is a wonderful way to prepare your body and mind for pregnancy, and to help you feel relaxed and calm throughout the process.

In these sessions, I use the Reproflexology techniques, enabling the hormones and body to be at their best energy levels, to allow for conception. I also offer guidance on meditation to help you feel more relaxed, The Law of Attraction to help you have a positive mindset, and Bach Remedies to help release any negative emotions that may be getting in the way. (Bach Remedies are perfectly safe in pregnancy.)

Sacred Rebel Awakening 

Chakras are energy centers that play a crucial role in our overall well-being and health and are affected by modern-life stressors, and when blocked, we might start feeling a bit sluggish and fatigued, or even lead to illnesses and disease.
 
This Chakra Clearing session, uses gentle methods like Reiki, crystal dowsing, and intuition to identify and address blocked chakras.  


Each chakra will be cleared, with Reiki, crystals, and Crystal Sound Healing Bowls attuned to each energy center, and you'll experience a deeply relaxing and soul-soothing journey. 

Throughout the process, you will feel a profound sense of calm as I guide you through visualizations for each chakra.

Energy may subtly shift within your body, and you might find yourself in a deeply relaxed state as each chakra is cleared leaving you feeling lighter, balanced and rejuvenated. 

Chakra Clearing

Mentoring can take many forms. The aim is to help you become more aligned with your soul's purpose. You may not even know what your soul's purpose is, so you may be on a path to discover just that.

There may be layers of conditioning (family, cultural and life) that need to be peeled away first.

These layers may exist from unresolved trauma or patterns of behaviour that get stuck in our system.

Negative thinking, self-doubt, over-analysing can all create tension and pain in the body and patterns in our minds that are not helpful for our health and well-being. A feeling of being 'not good enough' can lead us to adopt busy lifestyles, to try to 'prove' ourselves, resulting in stress in the mind and body. We may be so far removed from what our heart wants that we are leading a life in total misalignment from our soul.

Mentoring will unfold as guidance and support that your highest good needs at that point in your life, when you seek mentoring.



Mentoring

White Light is the highest vibration of healing colour. It connects us with the Sacred - that place deep within, which, when accessed, guides us to look at those layers of darkness that need to be healed. This session is focused on connecting with what your soul needs, to evolve. This transformational hour consists of a White Light Oracle Card guidance and meditation healing, a mini Sound Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls and Reiki.



White Light Healing

A tree’s roots go deep, way down deep, below the earth, connecting into Mother Earth energy so it feels stable, firm and rooted. Sometimes, we need a little grounding if we have been in our heads too much. A deeply relaxing, 1 hour session focused completely on grounding your energy, this treatment can be beneficial, if you have been through a period of high stress, over-working, home or money struggles or any time where you have been too much in the mind. We start with a short grounding meditation, whilst you are lying down, to help you begin to get connected with your own ‘tree roots’. Once your body begins to relax as you disconnect from your busy life, you receive a relaxing Foot Reflexology treatment to help you begin to let go of ‘head energy’. The session ends with deeply relaxing Reiki at your feet and legs, to draw your busy mental energy down from your head, through the lower part of your body, so you feel totally relaxed, balanced and grounded. 

Grounding Like a Tree

E.F.T is a revolutionary treatment method that offers healing of physical and emotional pain and trauma. Without the use of needles, acupressure meridian points are gently tapped to move energy in the body. The theory is that the root of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system and E.F.T releases these blockages, thus removing the unwanted feeling that is attached to the fear or trauma. It has been used effectively for releasing unwanted beliefs, fears, lack of self-confidence, low self-worth, bad habits, negative thought patterns, physical pain, stuck emotions and much more. It is a gentle, non-invasive process that can help shift old stagnant energy, making space for new energy to come into the system.
