After your relaxing shampoo and treatment service your naturally curly hair is styled according to your choice of flat twist, cornrows, single twists, simple up-do, ponytail or wash & go.  Extensions can be added to the ends of your hair or blow dried and prepared for your appointment with your braider.

Honeycomb's policies are prevented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. CLIENTS RECEIVE DISCOUNTS WHEN SALON CANCELS

Honeycomb Hair Lounge stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honour the same policies to our clients. If for any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24hrs of the appointment scheduled; we will honour 50% off on your next service. But, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as power outage, water shut off, natural disasters, pandemics unfortunate incidents etc. that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we would gladly reschedule your appointment. The 50% discount will not apply.

LATE ARRIVALS

We offer a 1 on 1 service therefore tardiness is a major disruption to our day to day operations. Clients are given a generous 15 minutes to arrive for their appointment. If you are 16 minutes late you WILL BE subjected to the following:

• You will be charged $10 additional for 16-20 minutes late.

• You will be charged $15 additional for 21-25 minutes late.

• If you are 26-30 minutes late you will have the option to do one of the following:

1. Be rescheduled + pay 15% of the cost of service.

2. Pay $20 additional late fee + receive *abbreviated service(s) at stylist discretion. 
Services subjected to availability - your services will be worked in based on the schedule availability at the stylist discretion.

NOTE: *abbreviated service - we will make every effort to accommodate your full service.

All new guests and guests who have not visited the salon in more than six months MUST book a consultation. A $50 non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED to reserve this appointment. The deposit will go towards your first service, it must be paid no later than 72hrs before your scheduled consultation and EXPIRES 3 months after your consultation date. Deposits can be made via CIBC online transfer or in person at the salon, we accept cash or VISA debit card. If deposit is not made within the given time frame, your consultation will be cancelled.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Honeycomb accepts guests from ages 11 onwards only.

Before heat is applied, we infuse your strands with as much moisture and humectants as possible to ensure your curls bounces back. Press lasts depending on how well your hair is heat trained, your hair's porosity, humidity levels or roots can revert based on active lifestyle.

Silk Press & Moroccanoil Hydrating Treatment

Our Silk Press with Olaplex Bond Builder service was carefully designed for kinky, coily and curly textures. Bonds within strands are first strengthened to ensure the integrity of the hair remains intact using Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 & 9 before heat is applied. Press lasts depending on how well your hair is heat trained, porosity, humidity levels or roots can revert based on active lifestyle.

Our Silk Press with Olaplex Chelating and 4 in 1 Moisture Mask service was carefully designed for kinky, coily and curly textures. Harmful particles are first removed from strands and deep within bonds without damaging hair then hair is coated and steamed with moisture mask to combat dryness before heat is applied. Press lasts depending on how well your hair is heat trained, porosity, humidity levels or roots can revert based on active lifestyle.

A semi permanent heat activated, hair smoothing system developed for textured hair that gives more manageability whether you choose to keep your curls, or wear it straight.

Moroccanoil Scalp Facial

This treatment aims to revive and moisturise dry hair. Hair is steamed using micro mist and red light therapy with nourishing ingredients to hydrate and condition, to improve texture, manageability and shine.

Moroccanoil Hydrating Treatment

 This service repairs hair damaged by chemical treatments or heat styling. Hair is steamed using micro mist and blue light therapy with keratin proteins that helps to fortify hair, increase elasticity and promote a healthier look and feel. Highly recommended for two weeks prior to getting a relaxer service.

Moroccanoil Restorative Treatment

An Olaplex treatment aims to repair and prevent hair damage. It works on a molecular level by restoring the hair's broken bonds within each strand which can result from harsh chemical treatments like bleaching and colouring.

Olaplex Bond Builder

Harmful particles are first removed from strands and deep within the bonds with out damaging strands using the Olaplex Chelating Treatment Shampoo. Hair is then coated with the Olaplex 4 in 1 Moisture Mask and steamed with micro mist to revive dull dry hair.

All new and existing guests colouring for the first time MUST book an in-person colour consultation. 
Colour services are priced by time, how much product is used, hair's density and length, colour type (highlights, permanent, demi permanent). Where you do not see a colour service option you would like to have, click colour consultation and we will contact you to book the colour service of your choosing.

Perfect for grey touch ups in between hair colour appointments. From ear to ear is sectioned to refresh your grown out roots. This is an add on service and does not include shampoo and styling.

Hair Colouring

A style of hair extension that uses micro beads, hair wefts bundles and a thread and needle to apply. It is one of the kindest forms of hair extensions available on the market, it's super natural looking and so comfortable to wear. You will need at least 4-5 rows and lasts up to 8 - 10 weeks.

Microlink Flat Weft Extension • Per Row

Microlink beads are re-adjusted to remove the new growth gap that can weigh down hair and weaken follicles. It is highly recommended to re-fit beads at week 4 - 5.

Microlink I-Tip Extension Re-Fit • Per Hour

An application for hair extensions where alternating rows of your own hair is braided to attach the weft with a needle and thread. The weave itself blends seamlessly with your own hair and can be sewn in ways to add more versatility. This can last 6-8 weeks with proper care and maintenance.

Braided Track Extension • Per Row

Braided tracks are re-tightened to remove the new growth gap that can weigh down hair and weaken follicles. It is highly recommended to re-tighten braids at week 3-4 depending on how long you choose to wear this style based on our recommendation.

Braided Track Extension Re-Tighten • Per Hour

This technique involves braiding all of your hair except a small area at the crown and hairline, left out for blending. The weft is fastened onto the cornrows using a needle and thread until the whole head is covered.

Traditional Sew-In Extension • Full Head

This technique involves braiding the back half of your hair, the weft is fastened onto the cornrows using a needle and thread until the braids are covered. The front of your hair is left for styling of your choice.
