I am a qualified Massage Therapist, certified by the Massage Training Institute for Holistic Massage; and by the London School of Massage for Pregnancy and Labour Massage. I approach clients in an integrated way, assessing posture, daily habits associated with use of the body and medical history (illness, injury etc.), to create a personalized treatment that will best address whatever is troubling them. The techniques used during the Holistic Massage treatment include Swedish Massage, Soft and Deep tissue, Trigger point and Neuromuscular techniques, Transverse friction.
