Chantel is an esthetician trained in massage and able to carry out relaxation & hot stone massages, but may not be claimable through any health benefits.   Placing relaxation first, this massage is an excellent way to relieve stress and anxiety.

Whether you are seeking to maintain your physical or mental health, or simply enjoy a moment of healing and relaxation, the goal of this experience is to help you feel well, both physically and emotionally. 

Unlike deep tissue massages, a relaxation massage does not address the connective tissue of the muscles. It is not intended to treat sports injuries or other discomfort and is instead used to reduce tension.

Reiki Treatment 

This treatment begins with a gentle facial cleanse using one of our signature cleansing pucks. Next, you will put on your goggles (bring your own, or purchase for $5) and lie on your back as your service provider places the LED light therapy device above your face. Lie still during the entire treatment as the device works. The treatment usually lasts about 30 minutes. Treatment will wrap up with the application of our signature hydrating facial oil.

LED light therapy is a non-invasive, painless treatment. During treatment, you might feel some warmth, but no discomfort.

LED light therapy?

LED light therapy isn’t appropriate for everyone, including people who:
- Take certain medications that increase their sensitivity to sunlight, such as isotretinoin and lithium.
- Have a history of certain conditions, including skin cancer and inherited eye diseases.

LED Light Therapy 

Paraffin wax is applied to the hands or feet. 

Cosmetically, the wax is a natural emollient, helping make skin supple and soft. It adds moisture and continues to boost the moisture levels of the skin after the treatment is complete.  It can also help open pores and remove dead skin cells, which may help make the skin look fresher and feel smoother.

Therapeutically, paraffin wax may be used to help relieve pain in the hands of people with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other joint mobility issues.

It acts like a form of heat therapy and can help increase blood flow, relax muscles, and decrease joint stiffness. Paraffin wax can also minimize muscle spasms and inflammation as well as treat minor sprains.
