Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing; different parts of the feet correspond to different parts of the body. By means of gentle massage and manipulation to the feet it can help alleviate certain ailments.

The back, neck and shoudlers are massaged using smooth, flat, heated basalt stones that are used for massaging and then are positioned along your spine. You then choose arms and legs OR face and scalp to be massaged.
