Working on significant areas of the body where stress affects major muscle groups, tensions and fibrous knots and nodules are released increasing muscle flexibility and fluidity. The efficiency of the circulatory and lymphatic system is improved providing a sense of tranquility, calmness and positive well-being. 

Please be aware this is a seated treatment. It is recommended to not wear make up for this treatment and to wear a vest top/strapless top if possible for those wanting to do so.

Women’s Health

This massage is ideal for before a Sporting Event, Competition or Workout. Designed to help optimise performance, warm up muscles and increase blood supply, release muscle tension, increase flexibility and allow’s for mental preparation. This treatment should ideally be performed within a couple of hours or up to 2 days before the event. 

Pre-Event Sports Massage

A rehabilitative taping technique designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process whilst providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion. When and where necessary this will be offered during a Sports Therapy treatment but is also available to be booked outside of your treatment time at an additional cost. This can be suitable for Pre or Post Event.

This massage is ideal for after a Sporting Event, Competition or Workout. Designed to help with recovery by reducing inflammation, removing lactic acid, improving circulation, and regaining muscle length.  This treatment should ideally be performed within 24-48 Hours after an Event.

We will carry out a full assessment of your injury to get to the bottom of what is causing your pain. We will tailor your treatment and create a plan of action to get you back to what you love doing.

60 Minute Injury Assessment with Treatment

This service is a combination of dry cupping and massage. Suction cups are applied directly to the skin to promote blood flow and increase circulation. The benefits of this treatment include increased range of motion, reduced muscular tension and inflammation, as well as providing a sense of relaxation.
