We are accepting any new and returning clients
that have lash extensions from a different
company within specific guidelines to ensure
the safest execution of the service. We will
inspect the set to determine if it is possible to
refill the lashes. If the work is not applied correctly or the current condition of the lashes
are not workable, we will require a removal in addition to a full set to be booked instead. A
minimum of 40% retention must be in tact to be
considered a refill.
