A hot stones massage is a type of massage therapy that uses heated stones to relax muscles and promote relaxation. This style of massage is perfect for anyone wanting a deeper relaxation whilst still removing built up tension. This massage can be done with lighter pressure as the heat from the stones does most of the work, or used with deeper pressure to really work out those tight spots. 

Hot stone back massage

Firm pressure massage that covers the back, legs, arms and scalp. This style of massage consists of deep massage techniques and stretching to release stuck tension in the body. 

Deep tissue full body massage 

This skin reset facial is perfect for anyone wanting an advanced style of facial. This facial consists of a surface and deep cleanse & tone. The skin is also steamed to assist in softening and cleansing the pores before extractions are performed to clear them of blackheads and blockages. An advanced exfoliator is then applied to the face and décolleté. A hand and arm massage is then performed. The long facial massage that comes next is highly invigorating and deeply relaxing. A bespoke mask is then applied whilst your scalp and décolleté is massaged. To finish I will use gua sha crystals to drain away any puffiness in the skin before applying a serum, eye cream and face cream.

Your feet are cleansed and exfoliated, with hard skin removed and cuticles made neat and tidy. 
Lower legs and feet are massaged with conditioning creams. Nails are shaped, then treated with a base coat before the final flourish of your chosen polish and topcoat to finish.
