Lauren is brilliant. I've been going regularly to her lovely oasis of calm for a few months now and I walk out feeling amazing every time. I can highly recommend the hot stones back massage, the hot stones full body massage and the facial rejuvenation massage... everything she does is to a first class standard. If I wasn't a bloke I'd definitely be adding the pedicure to that list....I might still do! :). If you want an ultra professional, and super friendly, calming and relaxing experience then you have to give her a try!

Deep tissue back massage 

A hot stones massage is a type of massage therapy that uses heated stones to relax muscles and promote relaxation. This style of massage is perfect for anyone wanting a deeper relaxation whilst still removing built up tension. This massage can be done with lighter pressure as the heat from the stones does most of the work, or used with deeper pressure to really work out those tight spots. 

Hot stone back massage

Firm pressure massage that covers the back, legs, arms and scalp. This style of massage consists of deep massage techniques and stretching to release stuck tension in the body. 

Deep tissue full body massage 

This massage can be Swedish or deep tissue pressure. Perfect or anyone with lots of tension in their back, shoulders and scalp. Suited to those hunched over a desk or spending lots of time driving. Also great for anyone suffering with headaches.

Your feet are cleansed and exfoliated, with hard skin removed and cuticles made neat and tidy. 
Lower legs and feet are massaged with conditioning creams. Nails are shaped, then treated with a base coat before the final flourish of your chosen polish and topcoat to finish.

*traditional Polish is applied, NOT gel Polish.

This treatment can also be done without polish if you'd prefer.

This skin reset facial is perfect for anyone wanting an advanced style of facial. This facial consists of a surface and deep cleanse & tone. The skin is also steamed to assist in softening and cleansing the pores before extractions are performed to clear them of blackheads and blockages. An advanced exfoliator is then applied to the face and décolleté. A hand and arm massage is then performed. The long facial massage that comes next is highly invigorating and deeply relaxing. A bespoke mask is then applied whilst your scalp and décolleté is massaged. To finish I will use gua sha crystals to drain away any puffiness in the skin before applying a serum, eye cream and face cream. 

Advanced skin reset

This glow up facial is great for a first time facial experience. It begins with a surface and then a deep cleanse and tone to remove impurities from the skin. Followed by an exfoliation treatment to remove dead skin cells. A facial massage is then performed to your face, neck & decollete, before applying a mask that is suited to your skins needs. Whilst the mask is on you will receive a hand and arm massage, and a scalp massage.

Despite this being listed as a massage, it is not the typical massage. This is super light and gentle touch therapy. This treatment has been designed for anyone going through incredible stress and needing to calm their mind and nervous system. This is also suited to anyone with lymph nodes removed and therefore unable to have traditional massage. This will be focused on your upper back, neck and scalp before working on your chest and scalp to finish.

Touch therapy 

This treatment can be Swedish or deep tissue pressure and can be focused on the front, back or both sides of the legs. Or more time can be spent on the feet of desired. This can be added to any treatment or enjoyed alone. 

Foot & leg massage 

This tranquil treatment is a firm favourite. The skin will be cleansed and massaged with a blend of techniques to restore vibrancy to the skin, boost collagen & elastin production, tone muscles and relieve facial tension, detoxify the skin and provide deep relaxation. A scalp massage will also be included. 

Facial rejuvenation massage 

This dreamy scalp massage includes your neck and décolleté, and can be added onto any treatment for deeper relaxation or can be had alone for a quick but essential tension release. 

Scalp massage 

This treatment is the ultimate reset. This includes a full body massage with extra attention paid to the feet and the scalp to really leave you feeling lighter and recharged. A mini facial is also included where your face will be cleansed, massaged and moisturised. This is the treatment you need in your life!
