Foot reflexology. This is a full-hour treatment including consultation, foot reading, and treatment with aftercare advice and treatment plan if applicable. This is designed to suit first-time comers. 

Reflexology

This treatment is a non-invasive form of cupping that does not pass the skin barrier.

Cupping therapy is good for: 
Releasing rigid soft tissue
Draining excess fluid for tissue

Cupping therapy

Involves calming and invigorating massage techniques, lymphatic drainage and pressure point massage. This treatment is perfect for relieving tension, de-stress, sinus, and migraine pain relief. Suits all ages and genders.
Areas of therapist's concern: decolette, neck, face, ears, scalp. Massage oil medium is used in this treatment. 
Ideally, client should be present without make up on. If long hair, combed and loose. 
Perfect clothing would be something with zip to provide quick access to neck and clavicular areas.

Clients are welcome at all times to inform therapist of their physiological concerns they would like the reflexology to address.

Home care advice on self reflexology on hands is included. 

Upon discretion of therapist this hand treatment may take from 20 to 30 minutes and may or may not include a hot towel wrap for hands prior to actual reflexology massage routine. Treatment is performed using essential oil blends based on client's requirements. 



Hand reflexology

This is a treatment performed on the face using manual stroking and pressure point techniques. 
This method is a hands-on complementary health therapy designed to boost all body systems, organs and functions for a total well-being boost. 
The client stays fully clothed and is placed on a massage table. A manual acupressure pen may be used. Face skin is treated with organic rosehip oil. An aromatherapeutic component may apply. This is suitable for all ages and genders. The first treatment includes full consultation and lasts up to 60 minutes. Subsequent treatments are 35-45 minutes long, depending on protocols applied. 
This is an ideal reflexology option for those who do not like their feet or hands touched. 
Facial reflexology may be a great addition to foot reflexology for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy to relieve anorexia symptoms and improve sleep quality.

Five cupping therapy sessions

Unlike other massages offered, this treatment targets a specific area of concern. We may use different techniques i.e. deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and dynamic stretching during this treatment. You may need a sports massage if you experience muscle tightness, chronic pain, reduced flexibility, post-exercise soreness, or persistent stiffness after fitness activities.

Sports Massage

This treatment is aiming to relieve tension, reduce stress, encourage sleep, give a lift to the emotions and promote overall wellbeing. Holistic massage  incorporates massage techniques which are restful, relaxing and therapeutic. 

Scalp, neck, arms and back holistic massage

This massage is recommended to those in preparation to running races or any other sports competitions/events. Full leg massage improves circulation in soft tissues and joints of your legs. This massage will improve range of motion of your ankle and knee joints,  relieve tension, ease muscle aches, and get yourself up and running like a new you.

In addition, head massage with oil serves as an excellent hair conditioner and adds to the health of the hair. 
We use warmed oil in this treatment.  Please expect to have oil in your hair upon leaving. Keep this in mind while planning your appointment time.  We recommend this therapy for the evening, when you do not need to return to work, attend public meetings, do the exercise or household works. If your hare longer than 5cm, we would recommend to bring a hat or scarf for after treatment, especially on a cold or windy day.
The treatment is performed with client being seated in a chair. Client stays fully clothed from the waist down and torso is wrapped in a towel.

This is a holistic treatment combining massage, acupressure and lymphatic drainage techniques applied to décolleté, neck, face and scalp areas. 
Acupressure reduces tension and encourages relaxation throughout the entire body by means of stimulation of acu-points on the face, ears and head. The massage improves the circulation and stimulates collagen production, while lymphatic drainage reduces swelling.
This treatment leaves our clients glowing and refreshed. Series of treatments is recommended to deliver optimum results.
