Welcome to the LifeLabs Chill Zone - the perfect way to unwind pre/post session for 45mins.

4D MASSAGE CHAIR ~
Experience precision relaxation with multidimensional rollers that sweep from your neck to your hamstrings, including lower leg compressions, rocking mode and heat therapy. Choose from preset wellness programs or create your own massage. 

O2 BREATHING & MEDITATION CHAIR ~
Be guided to breathe more consciously, slowly and deeply, enhancing physical and mental health. The chair gently warms, massages and subtly repositions the body to maximise the amount of oxygen the lungs can take in with every breath, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated

For further total body recovery support, included in your Compression Therapy session is the optional add-on of the percussion Massage Gun to ease stress and tension, loosen muscle knots and target fatigue.

If you are 6"4 or taller, please let us know in your booking notes, to reserve a TALL set of boots.

The perfect private retreat allowing you to heat, breathe and sweat your way to a lighter, more energised, detoxified and invigorated version of yourself. 

Our standard Infrared Sauna pricing permits one person. To book a Two Person Sauna, select this service on the booking page; any additional guest must be over the age of 16 and complete a waiver.

Please note there are no showers in the infrared rooms, instead you will have access to private showers and change facilities in the unisex locker room.
