            This session will offer you a combined of various techniques to relax , relieve and reduce your stress and anxiety ! The technique that may use by hand, forearm and elbow and the heat from natural basalt rock to calm your muscles and mind.
      We will also give you some of Thai stretching if it needed . The pressure for you to expect is light to medium/ medium to firm and we will not walking on your back . 
     Usually we spend more time on your upper limbs (back, Neck and shoulders)

Swedish Massage is the recommended massage method during pregnancy because it addresses many common discomforts associated with the skeletal and circulatory changes brought on by hormone shifts.

-Hot stone massage techniques. Like stone placement, the techniques that we uses with the hot stones will depend on your specific needs. we often use circular movements, kneading, long strokes, and vibrations. The hot stones can be used alone or incorporated into other types of massage, like Swedish  massage.
