Allergen test.  All new or returning (6 months or longer) clients must be allergen tested at least 48 hours prior to any colour application at Maverick hair studio

The first appointment is the most important. This is for you to feel comfortable about having your beautiful curls cut. You’ve probably been to the hairdressers and walked away thinking “those layers are too short” or “I don’t think they understand what I need”.  This appointment is to get your hair into the most beautiful shape and a lovely amount of condition and walk away with beautiful curls, the way you want it. 

1. We will take you through a in depth consultation to make sure it’s what you want.
2. The haircut is done on dry freshly cleaned hair. (Please no styling products) 
3. Your beautiful locks will be deep conditioned
4. Styled, we will use the most beautiful styling products for making those curls pop.

In preparation for the appointment either wash your hair the day before or the morning of the appointment and airdried. No styling products please this won’t help us seeing how your curls are.
Next appointment won’t be as long, so just book a maintenance appointment. 


Curl Control cutting 1st appointment 

This is a 2nd appointment maintenance cut for a client that is refreshing their maverick curl control hair cut. 

1. Dry cut curls (on clean hair, you know this already)
2. Deep condition 
3. Cured blow-dry (you’ve walked away feeling a million dollars before)

A specifically chosen deep nourishing hair mask.  A hair mask chosen by your maverick hair stylist to compliment your hair needs. 

Applied on to cleansed damp hair and massaged in. 

Deep Conditioning Hair Mask 

With our Luxury glossing treatment we will add one of our amazing bond builders to our amazing Milkshake super shiny clear or coloured gloss. Either K18 or Olaplex will be added to the gloss to give your hair a little boost. This treatment comes with a lovely finishing blow-dry. One hour and 15 minutes of relaxing pleasure.... If you are on the go, why not have just the glossing treatment...
