This 15min treatment covers the face and scalp and can help to release any tension in the head and jaw, which can cause headaches and migraines. It is also a fabulous treatment to help you unwind. 

Treatment must be booked in conjunction to a back massage treatment, this treatment is not available as a solo treatment.

Mini head massage

This treatment can be added to any Swedish, pregnancy or hot stone massage, allowing you to tailor your treatment to your needs! 

This 15min treatment covers the upper and lower legs and the feet. This treatment is excellent for swelling and water retention, especially during pregnancy, aches and sprains, as well as for those who regularly exercise and experience tension or cramping. However you don’t have to have an excuse to book this treatment, as it also helps to remove stagnent toxins from the body!

Leg & foot massage

This treatment can be added to any Swedish, pregnancy or hot stone massage, allowing you to tailor your treatment to your needs! 

This 15min treatment covers the arms and hands and can help to release any tension in the upper and lower arms and hands. Our arm and hand muscles are some of our most used muscles during our day to day life, and because of this, we often experience tension in these areas that can cause repetitive strain injury, cramp, and aching muscles.

When you arrive for your appointment, we'll go through a consultation regarding current skincare regime, water intake, and areas of concern you'd like to focus on , before beginning the treatment. This ensures the treatment is perfectly tailored to you!

This treatment includes a double cleanse, tone, exfoliation, a massage of the shoulders, neck, face and scalp using collagen stimulating techniques, as well as a mask chosen personally for you to suit your skin's needs.
