Swedish Massage

Bamboo is warmed to a therapeutic temperature. It varies in its lengths and diameters to roll, knead and relax muscles with light or deep tissue techniques depending on your preference.  Your body absorbs the heat from the bamboo increasing circulation, relieving muscles and tension giving you a deep state or relaxation. 
Clients who prefer a deeper/sports massage will love this but lighter pressure can be used for a more relaxing experience.

Warm Bamboo

Manual lymphatic drainage techniques facilitate the removal of metabolic wastes, excess water, toxins, bacteria, large protein molecules and foreign substances from tissues, via the initial lymph vessels and the venous capillaries. Join Kelly together with your favorite person- partner, mum, dad, sister, brother, or bestie to be pampered at the same time.

This is a wonderfully warming treatment works on energy points located throughout the body to rebalance and harmonize the body.  The muscles are relaxed and rejuvenated in a sensation totally unique to hotstone massage, by the warmth of the stones warming up your soul. 
The heated stones are smoothed Basalt river rocks, they don't have jagged edges and are just the right weight to add the perfect pressure to your treatment.

Hotstone Massage

Please note this can be incorporated into any other massages upon request, at no extra cost,  Fascia is a network of fibres that's entwined throughout the body from head to toe, supporting all muscles, organs, bones, arteries, veins and our nerves right down to a cellular level. Trauma (both physical & emotional) whiplash, postural habits, surgical scarring, inflammation, old injury causes fascia to become hard, dehydrated and stuck causing pain and tension.
Myofascia release is a hands on technique to help release pain and tension throughout the body.  Gentle sustained pressure is applied to problem areas using grounding, j strokes, rolling, sacral and cranial release.
This is a very effective treatment not only for physical pain but all round wellbeing and relaxation.
