Recovery Culture is a Recovery space providing Normatec compression boots, Sauna and Ice baths/spa (contrast therapy) and mobabilty area's. This service is aimed at reducing recovery times from injuries and improves atheletic performance. It is great for shift workers struggling with sleep rhythms and poor sleep quality. Recovery Culture focuses on building a ritual around your health and wellbeing and supports mental and physical health.

Recovery Culture is my favourite place in mount isa! It’s got everything I need to recover from either a hard workout or just a chilled recovery day. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and always make you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend stopping in if you’re passing through Isa or if you’re a local 😊

This protocol aids in jump-starting melatonin production to help you relax, both physically and mentally.
This therapy benefits  chronic pain, lethargy, supports mental health, brain fog and concentration and is well suited for those who feel overworked/burnt out or difficulty adjusting to shiftwork.

What you get: 60 min circuit

30 min of infrared sauna
20 - 30  min of wet recovery in 40 degree spa and or Ice bath 10 degree's.
