For those who need longer and more intense work on areas of the back, neck and shoulders.

Restorative Back Massage

Starting with gentle stretches,  I will ease away tension from the back, neck and shoulders using my hands, elbows and forearms. This will follow onto the legs, feet, hands and arms. A combination of eastern and western massage techniques will be used throughout to support your body's natural repair system.

Classic Body Massage

This in depth anti-ageing and anti-fatigue face massage reduces tension and increases circulation by combining specialised  massage and myofascial techniques, focusing on the tissues of the face. 
I’ll work from the sternum, décolletage and shoulders before moving intricately through the face, neck and scalp, to produce an awakened, brighter complexion with lifted and more defined facial contours.
To maximise and prolong results, a course of six is recommended. 

Lift & Tone Face Massage

To be added to your body massage or back massage. Chest opening techniques will lead into additional neck stretching and into the scalp to melt away stagnant energy and tension build up. 
With this, oil through the hair can be an optional addition to soften and nourish.*

A nurturing and gentle treatment, designed to support and soothe you throughout your pregnancy. 

Performed with you laying on your side first of all, I will help to increase circulation and alleviate aches in your back, neck and shoulders, before you turn onto your back, comfortably supported by pregnancy pillows as I work on the rest of the body. A gentle and soothing bump massage is optional which can help to reduce swelling and discomfort.

IMPORTANT: Unsuitable for those under 12weeks pregnant or for high risk pregnancies. Additional questions may need to be asked after the completion of your consultation form, in the best interest of you and your baby’s safety.
