My name is Sofia, I am a Remedial Massage Therapist. My philosophy of wellness is driven by a passionate interest in the mind, body and soul connection and the synergy between the three. Wellness is at the forefront when co-designing individual programs to meet the health needs of clients.

Sofia's Wellness is a boutique remedial massage clinic located in Hawthorne 4171 QLD. We believe one size does not fit all. We work with each client to personalise individual treatment plans.

The Benefits of Myofascial Cupping
