Low-impact, adaptable exercise that focus on strength, mobility and overall well-being. Many NDIS clients use Pilates as part of their therapy and rehabilitation programs.

Foundations Package x 5 sessions 

An initial Assessment includes a spinal, postural and pelvic floor assessment. We discuss client's physical conditions, history and short-long term goals.
I demonstrate and discuss the importance of correct Pilates technique and principles for breathwork, pelvic floor activation and functional movement.
We also cover familiarization with equipment based on assessment. Introducing Pilates apparatus Reformer, Wunda chair, Tower. 
This session is suited for beginners to experienced, pregnancy to postnatal, Menopausal women, rehabilitation, mental and well-being sessions, strength and posture improvement, physical fitness, post hysterectomy sessions.

Pilates has an abundance of benefits, some benefits include improving mobility and flexibility, bone density and prevents osteoporosis, joint health, helps boost metabolism and manage weight, reduces stress and enhances mental well-being, pelvic floor and full body overall strength and enhances sleep quality.

Mat Class is a beautiful combination and flow of balance, mobility, strength, core and breathwork- all essential for maintaining overall well-being.
The slow controlled movements I focus on help improve mobility, flexibility and posture, while enhancing pelvic floor strength, which is crucial for stability and Injury prevention.
Utilizing small Pilates equipment to add resistance, balance and variety.


Mat class is available to everyone for all abilities, levels and ages 16+

Combining the principles of Pilates and your goals. A session designed for stretching and Mobility exercises, Functional movement, Activations and breathwork are combined.

A great way to start or end your day, choose from a functional mobility or Intermediate intense session to suit your schedule.

Express Functional Mobility

Covers the principles of Pilates, however faster pace with intensity and control. Combining a great advanced flow utilizing reform and mat work, tailored to your abilities and goals.

A great way to start or end your day, choose from a functional mobility or Intermediate intense session to suit your schedule.

A full body workout tailored to your goals, enhancing strength, flexibility and control.
