A course aimed at Perimenopausal and Menopausal women who are looking to help alleviate the many symptoms of the menopause. Whether that be sleep deprivation, hot flashes, increased anxiety.

The course takes a 4 way approach and uses a combination of massage, aromatherapy, trigger point acupressure points and then acupressure plasters to help manage the symptoms at home in between the appointments.
