The best part of the day was the lymphatic drainage Jill cleared out everything.  Took down my swelling. I could literally feel the fluid build up releasing.   (TMI but fact). We start with dry brushing the skin to remove dead skin cells and get the circulation going. Ohh, feel so good! After brushing the dead skin cells away, body is coated in a chilled toning, tightening, hydrating cactus gel that heats and tingles as it works - also promotes circulation and firmness. After a firm wrap you'll be drenched in a fluffy moisturizer so every extract soaks in and leaves you glistening and soft!
