The recommended treatment protocol is 2-3 times per week 5-6 sessions to see optimal results.

Full body massage-detailed massage, Swedish where needed, Deep tissue where need, stretching, cupping, and hot stones, mini facial, and full body scrub (neck to toe)

A towel is used to cover intimate parts***

We began with the mini facial to help promote relaxation throughout the whole body then move on to the hour massage, incorporating hot stones and cupping Therapy (optional) then once the massage is completed i prep the table for the body scrub, a plastic sheet is used. 

I then apply a layer of scrub over a section of the body and gently massaging it into the skin to loosen dead skin cells. When finished you will then shower to ensure all oils are removed.
