The only suggestion you might get from my end is that the towels in contact with my chin and forehead were not comfy. I would think, it was due to the bumpy fabric. I would place something softer or with plain fabric.

*Vitamin B-12 is a water-soluble B complex vitamin and your body will only store what it needs and the excess will be excreted out of the body naturally so you can not overdose, therefore you do not need a prescription. If a client feels little or no benefit from the first appointment then that indicates that they possibly do not require it. Also a thorough consultation takes place to ensure there are no contraindications to the treatment prior and if there is any concern we would always refer the client to their GP.*
