The first appointment is for 75 minutes and includes a thorough assessment with consultation and treatment. 
The consultation includes a full posture analysis, range of movement testing and special tests to identify certain conditions.
The massage treatment itself can also involve other forms of treatments such as mobilisation techniques, manipulation, IASTM, dry cupping, dry needling, acupuncture or percussion massage - before any of these are carried out, your therapist will discuss these with you and advise on their suitability for your  treatment.
Where pain or injury is also involved, your therapist will advise on exercise rehabilitation to aid you long term.

Initial Sports Massage Consultation & Treatment

This 80 minute sports massage session is ideal for a full body massage, where you need time spending on problem areas.
The massage treatment itself can also involve other forms of treatments such as mobilisation techniques, manipulation, IASTM, dry cupping, dry needling, acupuncture or percussion massage - before any of these are carried out, your therapist will discuss these with you and advise on their suitability for your  treatment.
Where pain or injury is also involved, your therapist will advise on exercise rehabilitation to aid you long term.

80 min (Follow Up) Sports Massage Treatment

This 50 minute sports massage session is ideal for a general full body massage, or for treating problem areas.
