I'm so very sorry to hear this. I talked with lori and her client.  They unfortunately did not have any child care over the holiday break.  Typically schedules don't conflict but sometimes with holiday scheduling that was the only day savanna could fit everyone in.  If there is something I can do please reach out to us.  I will gladly compensate you for your experience. 

3 kids there yelling and throwing themselves on the couch.  It was not relaxing at all.  Kids should not have been running around yelling.  I can sit in a park if I want to listen to that.  Savanna actually said they didn’t need to yell at one point.  It was not what I expected in a hair salon.
