First off clients who want a full body massage to determine what muscles around the body are tight or need loosening up. 

This is good for individuals who are often quite tight in all areas of the body and need some release but also need tension out of the whole body and unsure where to start first. On completion of this session we will then create a plan moving forward about what muscle groups to target.
