Usui Holy Fire Reiki - a Japanese healing technique working with the energy centres of the body (chakras) to re-balance your energy and promote relaxation. Reiki is for everyone and can assist with managing a number of issues/ailments including anxiety, depression, headaches, chronic pain and more. There is nothing you need to do other than come as you are :) perhaps in your comfiest clothes. You will be under a blanket for the session. Your session will include -

LymphReiki™ is a bespoke concept created by me, for clients who want to experience a complete mind, body and soul reset. This dreamy and healing treatment combines the spiritual experience of breathwork, energy healing, aura cleansing and crystal therapy with the unique physical healing that manual lymphatic drainage massage provides.

As an empath/energy healer, I can often pick up during a Reiki session where blockages are. These blockages can cause emotional/physical pain and disEASE within the body.

With lymphatic drainage, we drain along the main physical energy meridian lines within the body which are actually heavily focused on within traditional Chinese medicine & moving stagnancy. It is believed that lymphatic drainage can unblock these meridian lines by getting the fluid moving again and removing the stagnant/toxic waste (blockages). In Reiki we are doing the same thing; removing blockages within the energy centres known as chakras. A dreamy reset for mind, body & soul.

LymphReiki™ 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Wood Sculpting - a gentle massage technique where we work with the lymphatic system to drain toxins from the body via the lymph nodes. We also then use wooden tools (also known as Maderotherapy) to sculpt and tone the stomach, legs and bum areas. This massage assists with a vast variety of health conditions and helps to reduce bloating, constipation, fascia restrictions, aids digestion, reduces inflammation within the body and also provides a slight inch loss effect (please note this may vary for some people and some may need a few sessions). Not suitable for anyone receiving cancer treatment, anyone with kidney/liver/heart conditions or on blood thinning medications.

Rest, Reset & Relax - Cupping/MFR/Crystal Healing (75mins)

- 60mins of myofascial release and cupping therapy to relieve tension and pain.
- myofasical release works with the fascia, the connective tissue between the skin and muscles - to assist with pain and tension.
- cupping is done using suction cups on the skin to draw toxins out, help with muscle tension and inflammation. 
- please note this does not include healing (this would be the rest, reset & relax package).

Both therapies are amazing for helping promote relaxation and reduce pain and tension. Cupping can leave marks on the skin which are completely normal and will disappear after a few days.

Bespoke facial tailored to your skin type - using all Clinicare products. We will begin with breathwork and tension release, double cleanse, tone, extractions of excess oil or blackheads if required/requested, gentle exfoliation, hot towel treatment, vitamin C mask, moisturise and SPF to finish. The facial will be followed by a specific protocol of facial lymphatic drainage, fascia release and sculpting techniques. This also includes a mini neck and shoulder massage, facial cupping and icy globes.
