I do agree with you. I apologize for the inconvenience of the improper treatment bed. I’m still waiting on my proper treatment bed designed for electrolysis, to arrive from the vendor, which is in transit from Montreal. This treatment bed will allow me to get extremely close to client, and be able to swivel the bed 360 degrees for sufficient positioning for accurate insertions to extract the hair. I greatly appreciate your business and your comments. They are extremely important to improve my services and have an excellent customer experience. 

Taylor needs a better room and chair to treat her clients out of.  She needs everything she needs to be efficient with her time. My only complaint is that the room is awkward and doesn’t work well for her to get around her clients.
