Pregnancy massage is a relaxing massage with consideration given to the safety and needs of mother & child. By the second trimester, all massage should be done with the mother in a side-lying position to keep pressure off of the vena cava.  Supportive pillows with proper positioning at the head, side, and knees allows for a relaxing massage to loosen tense muscles and relieve aches. Please discuss the service further with your massage therapist.
