Receive expert breath work coaching following massage or separately. Cardiovascular health is the number one determining factor of age and longevity in some studies, others measure cardiovascular health primarily in the bodies ability to get rid of waste mostly through breathing. Proper coaching can jumpstart the practice of breath work and prevent dangerous habits such as panic & “paradoxical” breathing. The clients current state of practice will be used to determine what breath work modalities and positions will likely be most effective in expanding the diaphragm while properly using other breathing muscles.
