- Previous SPMU/Tattoo already on the area
- Recent sunburn (within 3 weeks)
- Tendency to scar easily and prone to Keloid scar
- Pregnant or Breastfeeding
- Psoriasis or Eczema 
- Thyroid diseases (uncontrolled) 
- Undiagnosed lumps 
- Recent fractures to the face (3 months)
- Haemophilia
- Diabetes
- Autoimmune disease (a medical clearance is needed to perform the treatment)
- Heart disorders (are on blood-thinners)
- Contagious or infectious diseases
- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol 
- Low iron (uncontrolled)

- Major scar tissue through the area
