This is a gentle complementary therapy which aims to release tensions stored in the tissues, while improving general health and well-being.

Craniosacral therapy is a light-touch therapy, carried out through the clothes, without oil, on the whole body. You will be lying down on the massage table on your back. It is preferable to wear loose, soft clothes.  

Benefits:
Improves the flow of fluids throughout the body (blood, lymph, cerebrospinal fluid).
Helps release tensions accumulated in any area of the body.
Restores balance to the body.
Starts and promotes the self-healing process.

Note: I have successfully passed my CST-T exam and I am currently in my fifth and last year, training to become fully qualified as a craniosacral therapist with the Upledger Institute UK.

Craniosacral Therapy

I offer a therapeutic massage treatment that combines a variety of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, Thai foot massage and Indian head massage. The massage is different each time, depending on your needs. Usually, the massage is gentle and slow, in line with a craniosacral therapy approach where the tissue (muscle, fascia, or underlying organ) is followed and a deeper pressure is only used when necessary. This promotes regeneration and self-healing without eliciting the body's self-defence mechanisms which slow down or block the positive effects of a treatment. 

This massage is recommended for all age groups and can be performed through clothes (please wear soft, comfortable clothes) or directly on the skin, depending on needs and preferences.
