ZILDA Holistic Therapies offers a range of holistic treatments to support you on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. From Natural Lift facial massage and facial Gua Sha, to Yoga Massage and Indian Head massage, the treatments will help release both physical and emotional stress, promote wellbeing and relaxation. I also work with schoolchildren through tailored sessions to support their well-being. As a Reiki Master Teacher I offer healing sessions and Usui Reiki courses. For facials I use natural and organic Tropic Skincare products and you can order them from me.
