Using custom-made herbal poultices, filled with a blend of herbs such as lavender, rosemary, peppermint, sage, and lemongrass, I carefully select the combination that best suits your individual needs before each session. These herbal bags are sealed, moistened, and steamed to release their healing properties. 
The massage itself is a combination of manual techniques and the pressure of the warm herbal poultices, providing lymphatic drainage, gentle exfoliation, and profound relaxation.
