Deposit & Good Faith Exam Policy

Your deposit will be applied toward the mandatory Good Faith Exam (GFE) required by Texas law. Once the GFE is conducted by our physician, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made within less than 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

How the GFE Works:

1. You will receive a text message with a secure link and your designated room number.
2. Click the link and enter your date of birth along with the room number provided.
3. You will be connected to a video call with our physician for the GFE.
4. Once the exam is complete, you will be cleared to proceed with your procedure.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we ensure compliance with Texas law while providing the highest level of care.
