Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage

Experience a Bespoke Massage that seamlessly blends the therapeutic elements of Hot Stones Massage, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage. Using soothing heat to gently relax your muscles we build the pressure from medium to firm, easing into areas of built-up tension as your muscles begin to melt. This personalized approach targets the spots that need the most attention easing built-up tension to encourage relaxation without causing discomfort.

Enhanced with calming aromatherapy oils and my signature head massage to release stress, this massage is designed to help you unwind, leaving you feeling rebalanced and rejuvenated.

Hot stones massage 

Indian Head Massage is an ancient Ayurvedic treatment that targets the head, neck, face and shoulders to help relieve tension, headaches and stress. It not only eases physical discomfort but also works on a chakra-balancing level, supporting the release of emotional and energetic blockages.

The treatment begins with you seated to focus on the shoulders, before moving to the massage bed for work on the head, face and arms. Hand-blended aromatherapy oils nourish your skin and hair, leaving them soft and fragrant. If preferred, the massage can be performed without oil and through clothing.

Indian Head Massage

Traditional Japanese-style Usui Reiki performed by a Reiki Master designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress and encourage healing.
