Cara Aesthetics offers a wide range of facial aesthetics treatments for both male and females. Services include; dermal filler, anti-wrinkle and skin boosters. We are located at Faces & Shades beauty salon once a month to offer services as a pop up clinic. 

Cara Aesthetics is owned by Cara, an NMC registered and practising midwife. We also offer services in Clipstone Mansfield at the Unfiltered Salon.

Tear Trough 2 Week Top Up

Smoker lines are the horizontal lines that appear between the upper lip and the nose, as we age the fat pads in our face reduce, which results in a reduction of skin laxity in the upper lip the skin over time droops down. These lines are enhanced from the continuous expression made when smoking or pouting. We can stop this occurring by relaxing the muscle with anti-wrinkle.

Smoking Lines 

The depressor anguli oris muscle is responsible for enhancing the appearance of a downward smile. We can place anti wrinkle into this muscle to reverse this. 

DAO (Downward Smile)

Chin dimple, also known as a pebble chin appearance can be reduced by injecting anti-wrinkle directly into the centre of the chin to relax the muscle.

Dissolving lip filler may be requested from the client or may also me suggested/indicated for safety if there is any migration or lumps from previous filler treatment. 
If required to be dissolved, we will do this on the day and await a minimum of 2 weeks to refill. 

Lips dissolve and Refill 

To dissolve dermal filler we use hyaluronidase which is an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid which is the main component of filler. Prior to an elective dissolve, a patch test will be required to ensure there will be no complications with allergic reactions to the enzyme. 

Dissolving 

Lumi eyes is a form of skin booster that is used specifically for the under eye area. It can reduce dark pigmentation appearances, rejuvenate the skin and reduce fine lines and wrinkles under the eye. It is recommended to have a a course of 2-3 session which can be provided 4 weeks apart.

Lumi Eyes

Ejal 40 is a slightly cheaper skin booster on the market. It contains hyaluronic acid as a form of thin watery gel, this is a substance is naturally occurring within our body. 
Ejal 40 can be injected in to the face, hands, neck and chest too rejuvenate the skin and create a more youthful appearance. It promotes collagen production which naturally degrades over time as we age, environmental factors also impact collagen reduction.
It reduces fine lines and wrinkles, improves skin texture, tightens and hydrates the skin. 
It is recommended 2-3 sessions of Ejal 40 for optimal results. Although it works imminently, final results will show around 3-4 days post treatment.

Profhilo is a skin booster and is also known as the 5 point face lift. It contains hyaluronic acid as a form of gel, this is a substance is naturally occurring within our body.

It reduces fine lines and wrinkles, improves skin texture, tightens and hydrates the skin. 
2-3 sessions are recommended for optimal results. 
Within 3-4 days you should see your final results.

Skin Boosters

Hyperhidrosis treatment uses an anti-wrinkle (botox) under the arm to reduce excessive sweating to the armpit. 
Within 2 weeks the results will be at its optimum. 
Results will vary with each client as everyone breaks down the substance at different rates, however, you can generally expect to require a further treatment every 6-12 months.

Hyperhidrosis (under arm sweating)

Bunny lines are the lines that appear either side of the upper nose when you frown or scrunch up your nose. 

Bunny Lines

Anti-wrinkle product can be injected above the vermillion border of the lip to relax the muscle and help more pink lip mucosa to be naturally on display at all times. This is the perfect alternative to dermal filler if lip filler is not something you desire. It can be used as well as lip filler to achieve optimal results.

Lip Flip

This treatment is suitable for clients with a gummy smile only. This means that when you smile, a larger section of your gums appear. 
By injecting anti wrinkle into the upper muscle of the orbicularis oculi, it relaxes the muscle and reduces the appearance of the gummy smile.

Gummy Smile 

Anti wrinkle product can be injected directly into the masseter botox to promote jaw line slimming and also can be used to stop teeth grinding. 
Please note that not every client will be suitable for this treatment*

Anti-wrinkle (commonly referred to as botox) can be injected into the upper area of the face to reduce/stop movement of the intended muscle. It relaxes muscles of the face; used to prevent the development of lines and wrinkles of the face that may be static or occurring from facial expressions such as smiling (crows feet), frowning (11/glabella lines) or raising brows (forehead horizontal lines). 
All of the above areas will be treated with 3 areas. 
You may require a top-up at 2 weeks after the first treatment if desired looks are not yet achieved. 

3 Area Male

Anti-wrinkle (commonly referred to as botox) can be injected into the upper area of the face to reduce/stop movement of the intended muscle. It relaxes muscles of the face; used to prevent the development of lines and wrinkles of the face that may be static or occurring from facial expressions such as smiling (crows feet), frowning (11/glabella lines) or raising brows (forehead horizontal lines). 
2 areas are suitable for any of the above areas. 

2 Area Male

Anti-wrinkle (commonly referred to as botox) can be injected into the upper area of the face to reduce/stop movement of the intended muscle. It relaxes muscles of the face; used to prevent the development of lines and wrinkles of the face that may be static or occurring from facial expressions such as smiling (crows feet), frowning (11/glabella lines) or raising brows (forehead horizontal lines). 
One area of anti-wrinkle is only suitable for the crows feet or frown lines. The forehead lines cannot be treated alone as there is risk of eyebrow/eyelid ptosis. 

1 Area Male

Anti-wrinkle (commonly referred to as botox) can be injected into the upper area of the face to reduce/stop movement of the intended muscle. It relaxes muscles of the face; used to prevent the development of lines and wrinkles of the face that may be static or occurring from facial expressions such as smiling (crows feet), frowning (11/glabella lines) or raising brows (forehead horizontal lines). 
3 areas means all of the above areas will be treated. 

3 Area Female 

Anti-wrinkle (commonly referred to as botox) can be injected into the upper area of the face to reduce/stop movement of the intended muscle. It relaxes muscles of the face; used to prevent the development of lines and wrinkles of the face that may be static or occurring from facial expressions such as smiling (crows feet), frowning (11/glabella lines) or raising brows (forehead horizontal lines). 
2 areas are suitable for any of the above areas stated. 
Results will be final at 2 weeks post treatment, we recommend a review and potential top up ay 2 weeks if desired looks not yet achieved.

1 area anti wrinkle is only suitable for either the crows feet or the frown lines. This is not suitable for the forehead lines alone as there is a risk of eyebrow/eyelid ptsosis (drooping).

Tear trough filler is the perfect solution for you if you have dark hollow under eyes. 
Hollow eyes can begin to appear as we age, however, also can be more prominent in certain people due to natural anatomical structures of the face. 
We can carefully place dermal filler to create a fuller, plumper look. We only use a cannula for this area, which means only one injection point and very minimal pain. Results are imminent, we offer a 2 week review if you require a top up.

Tear Trough Filler (Under Eye)

Nose filler, also known as the non-surgical nose job! We carefully place dermal filler into the nose to smooth out any bumps or ridges in your nose. We can also create the appearance of a pixie tip. 
No down time and very minimal pain.

Liquid Rhinoplasty (Non Surgical Nose Job)

Using a combination of needle and cannula technique to maximise symmetry and safety, we can place dermal filler in the jaw and jowl area to enhance the jaw and correct asymmetry. Jaw filler can help facial contouring and improve the profile of the face by adding volume and definition.

Jaw Filler 

Filler can be injected Into the chin to create profile balancing, projection and symmetry.

Chin Filler 

Cheek filler can enhance the contours of the cheek and also has a lifting effect of the face. We can correct any asymmetry and enhance that side/front profile. Cheek filler can add volume back to the cheeks promoting a more youthful appearance.
