To cancel or reschedule, please use the same email you booked with to create an account on our site, making it easy to manage your appointments. If you’re unable to make changes online, it’s due to the 48-hour policy, so please contact us directly for assistance.
No-Shows:
Missing your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and you may be restricted from booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled to avoid disrupting other bookings.
