Thank you for your lovely review on our salon and service. I’m sorry you feel like I am over priced. I feel like the prices are reflected in the service my clients receive, and the investment into my business. 

When a 2 hour slot is booked by a client this is reserved time for you and therefore the price is reflected to cover ourselves as a business in order to run. Today I had to spend extra time brushing Matts out of daisy which would have totalled to the same price as a Full Groom should she had a maintenance groom because of the de-matt charge.

Daisy was completed sooner than 2 hours, however grooming time slots for a medium sized dog groom is “up to” 2 hours and instead of letting owners and their dogs wait, I prefer to let them home on time.

What a beautiful salon !  It was air conditioned, quiet, very friendly.  A bit over priced . 
I’d booked in for a full groom . To be fair, it should have been a maintenance groom and was charged full price even though I was asked to pick my dog up early… still charged me for a 2 hour groom.

Duggie and Lulu are a Scottie and a Westie, both with different cuts and temperaments but both thoroughly enjoy their days at Emmas. Can't imagine  taking Duggie anywhere else. (He's the atypical aloof Scottie). Not only do they look great but Emma has spotted things that the vet needed to check before I did. Couldn't recommend enough.

Lovely parlour and can't wait to return for groom.

The best in the North West.. Seriously, wouldn't go anywhere else, highly recommended
