I begin with a warm foot bath and foot and leg scrub which helps to relax your muscles and prepare them for the massage.

My Thai Massage with oil is a traditional and rejuvenating treatment that combines techniques of Thai massage by using my hands, knees, forearms and elbows to apply pressure along energy lines and release tension. Alot have told me as I massage them, that it's a good pain. If you are not familiar with this massage, it might be too strong for you especially for first timers but it's relaxing and very relieving at the same time.
