The Hair and Beauty Lounge is the perfect place to escape the stresses and strains of today’s busy life. Phil Lukas is a hairstylist renowned for his impeccable work and creativity. He’s passionate about hair, keen to create different and fun looks whilst building a great relationship with you as a client.
