My name is Ruby Holmes and I am a newly qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Student Physiotherapist at university. I am passionate about using my anatomy and pathophysiology knowledge to support clients with personalised treatment. I come from a sporting background and go to the gym/classes myself therefore I understand the setbacks that injuries and lack of mobility can cause to the body and individual.
