A rejuvenating blend of Myofascial release, Swedish massage and Deep Tissue to address your bodies specific needs. This blend of techniques is a very slow stretching of all connective tissue within the body, joint mobilization, and relaxation to promote self-awareness and personal wellnesss.

60 minute Therapeutic Massage

75 minute Therapeutic massage

A great massage for severe lower back, hip and shoulder pain, limited mobility, injury recovery and relative strain or injury. Deep Tissue is very slow specific work to injured or painful regions of the body and the surrounding tissue. The work is performed slowly layer by layer working through fascia, connective tissue and some muscles to get to the root of the problematic area.  Note** if it hurts more than a "hurts so good" please let me know
