Apply cuticle oil regularly and avoid them using as tool to pull/open something
First 48 hours are very important for your nails. Avoid going hot spa
Massage cuticle oil before going to swimming and afterwards and wash any chlorine off your hands immediately
Always wear gloves when applying chemical tan or hair dye, doing general household cleaning and gardening, hobbies that are rough on your hands
If any lifting occur make sure you don’t pick or pull at the nail. Call us so that we can assess the nail and decide if a repair is necessary. Water and bacteria can accumulate under the nails and the effects are not very nice.
