This treatment is for anyone that has recently undergone surgery such as:

Post op lymphatic drainage after surgery will help to reduce inflammation & swelling and speeds up the healing & recovery process quicker.

Post-op Manual Lymphatic Dainage

Lymphatic drainage is an incredibly gentle, therapeutic massage treatment. It's a methodical process designed to specifically target the lymphatic system, helping to eliminate waste, toxins and fluid retention from the body. MLD is slow and considered, utilising light pressure to manoeuvre lymph along to clusters of lymph nodes and ducts where the bodies' able to process it. Pre-natal Massage

From 37 weeks pressure points can start to be stimulated that may  help to increases and support a natural labour.

Labour Massage 

This massage is for mothers in the fouth trimester, this is the 12- weeks period immediately after you have had your baby. A time of great physical and emotional change for you and your baby. Postpartum massage relaxes muscles, increases oxytocin and prolactin and lowers stress hormones. you can book a postnatal massage 24hrs after giving birth.

If you have had a C-section you will need to wait to your 6 week check or have had concent from your GP or midwife before booking a massage.
