My studio is fully equipped with a height adjustable massage table and I am trained in traditional and modern techniques including: Pre & Post Event Massage Trigger Point Therapy Dry Cupping Therapy Soft Tissue Release Myofacial Release I am fully insured and have qualifications in VTCT Level 3 in Sport Massage Therapy, Level 4 in Sport Massage Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Advanced Massage Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Hot Stone Massage.
