Sibusiso AKA Sbu The Trainer, is a hard-working guy form Mamelodi former rugby and soccer player, with over 10 years in the fitness industry as a professional. My fitness journey started when I used to gym with friends in our garage gym and playing rugby then went to study in 2013 at ETA College for my certificate in Personal training and then farthing my studies with other institutions.
