I offer Theraputic massage (combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue), Hot Stone Therapy, Prenatal/ Postnatal massage, and Neck/ Shoulder Trigger Point work. I believe that massage is very much needed for the mind, body, and soul to shut down and decompress from everything in our lives. Electronics need to reboot, and we run more smoothly if we reboot also.
