Tracy is a freelance stylist that rents a chair in a salon in the Santa Catalina area or mobile in the Las Palmas vicinity (home visits). Afternoon Appointments (after 3pm) are available by booking only. Please note that many blonding services require time and more in depth information as Tracy tailors each client.
