This was the first sports back massage I've had in quite a few years. I was quite tight all over but now I feel much better and less restricted in my movement. Thank you Ali aka magic hands!

I always ask for a strong deep tissue massage and I have to say that although it's uncomfortable during the session (Ali is not averse to digging her thumbs or an elbow into my aching muscles) the relief afterwards is worth the "pain".  Well done Ali, my tender "glutes" say, "Thank you"!

Ali was able to identify what my issue was and worked to loosen my muscles which now feel alot better.

Deep tissue massages are used to break up scar tissue and break down muscle adhesions (the "knots" that we feel in our muscles are muscle adhesions, which are bands of rigid and painful muscle tissue). These knots can inhibit our circulation and cause pain and inflammation.
