During your Physiotherapy appointment, you can look forward to receiving a detailed and thorough evaluation of your problem. Alikia will actively listen to your concerns and work with you and together we can develop a plan for you moving forward. Your personalized management strategy may include expert advice, a tailored exercise program, massage, acupuncture, joint mobilizations, cupping therapy and much more!

New clients will require 1hr session which includes treatment, assessment and consultation.

Cupping

A type of Ancient Chinese Medicine use to help treat pain and health problems. Acupuncture uses very fine sterile needles that go into the skin to treat health problems along the meridian lines. This releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes help to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. They may promote physical and emotional well-being. All patients are required to have a consultation on their first appointment. 

Acupuncture 

Infrared light therapy (IRLT) can help assist the body with detoxification, pain relief, reduction of muscle tension, relaxation, improved circulation, weight loss, skin purification, lowered side effects of diabetes, boosting of the immune system and lowering of blood pressure. 
Optional add-on to any treatment. This is not a stand alone treatment.
Please note: the recommended duration for IRLT on 1 single area is between 10-20mins
